Paragon Risk started life as The Investigation Bureau 14 years ago. Founded by Ron McQuilter in 1990, the company commenced operations focusing on insurance and medical benefits fraud. Following its success in these areas, it took on more staff and quickly expanded its range of services into commercial and litigation investigations.
